The Service may display projected or estimated values, including but not limited to forward-looking deltas for spend, sales, ACoS, orders, and similar metrics. These values are illustrative estimates produced by applying your pending changes to the historical data contained in your uploaded bulk sheet.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR COMPLETE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The Service relies on data and systems outside our control. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, platform outages, account suspensions or penalties, or data inaccuracies from third-party sources.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including internet outages, hosting failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to waive participation in class actions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
