This Privacy Policy describes how G7 Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use BulkSheet Pro (the "Service"). We've written this in plain English where possible, because we want you to actually understand what we do with your information.
Our core principle: your bulk sheet data stays on your device. We process it in your browser, not on our servers. The sections below explain this and everything else in detail.

For purposes of EU data protection law, G7 Corporation is the data controller for the personal data we collect through the Service.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (which is hashed by our identity provider; we never see your password in plain text).
Bulk Sheet Data. When you upload an Amazon advertising bulk sheet, the file is parsed entirely in your browser. The contents — including campaign data, keywords, search terms, and product information — are not transmitted to our servers, are not stored by us, and never leave your browser except as described in Section 4 (third-party services you choose to use).
Payment Information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly; we do not see, handle, or store your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment data. We do receive and store limited information from Stripe such as your customer ID, subscription status, and last four digits of your card on file (for display purposes).
Ask AI Content. If you use the Ask AI feature within the Service, the content of your questions and the relevant portion of your account data summary are transmitted to Anthropic to generate responses. We do not store these conversations on our servers, but Anthropic processes the data per its own privacy policies and may retain it temporarily for safety and service-improvement purposes.
Marketing Email Opt-In. If you choose to receive marketing emails, we collect your email address and consent record (timestamp and source of consent). Marketing emails are separate from transactional emails (account confirmations, billing notifications, etc.) which are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Usage Analytics. We use a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tool to understand how visitors use the Service. This tool collects aggregate, anonymous information such as page views, referrer source, country (not city), and broad device type. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal information.
Technical Information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request times. This information is used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
The Service relies on a small number of third-party providers ("sub-processors"). Each plays a specific role:

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and security standards. Where required by GDPR, we have data processing agreements in place with these providers.
We do not use any provider for advertising or behavioral tracking purposes.
When you click "Add card" to subscribe, your browser temporarily stores your active session — including parsed bulk sheet data and queued changes — in your browser's IndexedDB so that your work can be restored when you return from Stripe Checkout.
This data is automatically deleted on successful return from Stripe (typically within seconds), or on your next visit to BulkSheet Pro, or after one hour, whichever comes first.
This data is stored only on your own device. It is not transmitted to BulkSheet Pro, Stripe, or any other party. It is scoped to your browser and your origin (bulksheetpro.com) and is not accessible to other websites.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no "sale" or "sharing" to opt out of.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are protected by GDPR (or equivalent national law). The information in Section 8 applies to you, and additional rights are described here.
Lawful bases for processing. We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
International transfers. The Service is hosted in the United States. When you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (or equivalent UK addenda) with our sub-processors.
Right to lodge a complaint. If you believe we have violated your data protection rights, you may file a complaint with your local data protection authority. We'd appreciate the chance to address your concern first — please email us at support@bulksheetpro.com.
We send marketing emails only with your explicit consent (for EU/UK users) or with your reasonable expectation given the relationship (for users elsewhere, subject to applicable opt-out laws including CAN-SPAM in the US).
Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or by emailing us at support@bulksheetpro.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails (account, billing, and important service notifications), which are sent as part of providing the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address with anyone.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. Specific measures include:
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
